AdminManager enables you to perform the following tasks for a BaseStation 3200 irrigation controller that is connected to AppManager and has an active BaseManager subscription:
- View information for BaseStation 3200 controllers. Refer to Viewing BaseStation 3200 Information.
- Add the BaseStation 3200 to AppManager – When your BaseStation 3200 connects to the AppManager server for the first time, you will get an authorization PIN that enables you to add the BaseStation 3200 to AppManager. Refer to Adding a BaseStation 3200 Controller to AppManager.
- Update the description for the BaseStation 3200 – You can change the description of the BaseStation 3200 to make it easy to identify. Refer to Updating the BaseStation 3200 Description.
- Update the geographical information associated with a BaseStation 3200 – Make sure the location information is accurate for your BaseStation 3200. Refer to Updating the Geographical Information for the BaseStation 3200.
- Update the firmware on the BaseStation 3200 – When a BaseStation 3200 is connected to the AppManager server, the firmware version on the BaseStation 3200 is compared to the version on the server. If a newer firmware version is available, you can update the BaseStation 3200 from AdminManager. Refer to Updating the BaseStation 3200 Firmware.
- Backup the Programming-You can backup the programming on the 3200 controller before making any significant programming changes to the controller. Refer to Backing-Up Controller Programming.
- Restore controller programming-If you would like to go to a prior version of your controller programming you are able to do so while in App Manager. Refer to Restoring Controller Programming.
- Download report files-You can download program summaries, monthly event files and alarms. Refer to Downloading Report Files.
- Replace controller faceplate-You can transfer programming data from an existing controller faceplate to a replacement one. Refer to Transferring Programming Information to Replacement Faceplate.
- Assign the BaseStation 3200 to a different site – If you have more than one site under your company, you can change the site that a BaseStation 3200 is assigned to. Refer to Understanding the Data Hierarchy in BaseManager and Assigning the BaseStation 3200 to a Different Site.
