AdminManager enables you to perform the following tasks for a BaseStation 1000 irrigation controller that is connected to AppManager and has an active BaseManager subscription:

• View information for BaseStation 1000 controllers. Refer to Viewing BaseStation 1000 Information.
  
  
• Add the BaseStation 1000 to AppManager – When your BaseStation 1000 connects to the AppManager server for the first time, you will get an authorization PIN that enables you to add the BaseStation 1000 to AppManager. Refer to Adding a BaseStation 1000 Controller to AppManager.
  
  
• Update the description for the BaseStation 1000 – You can change the description of the BaseStation 1000 to make it easy to identify. Refer to Updating the BaseStation 1000 Description.
  
  
• Update the geographical information associated with a BaseStation 1000 – Make sure the location information is accurate for your BaseStation 1000. Refer to Updating the Geographical Information for the BaseStation 1000.
  
  
• Update the firmware on the BaseStation 1000 – When a BaseStation 1000 is connected to the AppManager server, the firmware version on the BaseStation 1000 is compared to the version on the server. If a newer firmware version is available, you can update the BaseStation 1000 from AdminManager. Refer to Updating the BaseStation 1000 Firmware.
  
  
• Assign the BaseStation 1000 to a different site – If you have more than one site under your company, you can change the site that a BaseStation 1000 is assigned to. Refer to Understanding the Data Hierarchy in BaseManager and Assigning the BaseStation 1000 to a Different Site.
