    Understanding the Subscription Information Report

    PDF

The Subscription Information Report displays subscription status, warranty coverage, and connected device protection details for every controller in a company account. It is useful for reviewing renewal dates and understanding the level of coverage each controller has.

    Report Header

The top of the report displays the company name, state, city, and phone number associated with the account, as well as the date the report was generated and the AppManager user who generated it.

    How the Report is Organized

Controllers are grouped by site. Each site is labeled with its name, followed by one or more controller entries. Sites containing multiple controllers — including SubStations and FlowStations — list each device as a separate entry within that site.

    Controller Entry Fields

Each controller entry displays the following information:

Controller – The name assigned to the controller in AppManager.

MAC Address – The unique hardware identifier for the controller.

Serial – The serial number of the controller.

Version – The firmware version running on the controller at the time the report was generated.

    Type – The controller model (e.g., BL-3200, BL-3200S, BL-1000, Substation).

Current Status – Whether the controller is currently Online or Offline.

Last Connected On – The date and time the controller most recently communicated with AppManager.

Subscription – The subscription type assigned to the controller (e.g., BaseManager Plus, SubStation).

Renewal Date – The date the controller's subscription is next scheduled to renew.

Renewal Status – Indicates whether the subscription is currently Active.

    Warranty Coverage

Each controller entry includes both a Standard Warranty and an Extended Warranty section. Each section displays a start date, end date, and current status (Covered or Expired).

The standard warranty covers the controller for five years from the date of purchase. No additional steps are required — coverage is automatic upon activation.

The extended warranty extends coverage to ten years. To qualify, an extended warranty form must be submitted and approved. Once approved, the extended warranty section will display active start and end dates with a status of Covered.

    Coverage Fields

Below the warranty information, each controller entry includes a Coverage section with two fields:

Connected Device Coverage – Indicates whether biCoders and two-wire devices connected to the controller are covered. This coverage is included with an approved extended warranty.

Lightning Protection – Indicates whether the controller has lightning protection coverage. This coverage is included with an approved extended warranty.
