When a flow key missing alert occurs, it means that the flow key permission key is not being recognized on a controller where flow is already programmed.
Possible Causes
- The Flow Key is malfunctioning
- The Flow Key has been removed
Possible Fixes
- Reinsert the Flow Key. If the key was already in place, contact Customer Support for advanced troubleshooting.
Clearing a Flow Key Alert
Within 30 seconds of reinserting the flow key, the issue will resolve. You do not need to do anything from the controller or from WeatherTRAK Central to clear the alert.
