The new WeatherTRAK Manage Controller page presents a refreshed look and feel while also providing easy access to what the controller did, what the controller is doing, and what the controller is going to do. This article explains the new page layout and what information is now available.
Controller Status

The Controller Status area of the Manage Controller page provides all the key details that original page provided with refreshed colors and layout. The functionality all remains the same including a new Weekly ET field to easily view cumulative ET for that controller. You can also update the depletion at the controller level to update all stations.
Controller Schedule

The Controller Schedule is an interactive, calendar-based interface that allows you to see what the controller did, what it's doing, and what it's going to do. The Controller Schedule also provides weather data and forecasted weather data for easy reference (note: the weather data is only for reference and does not affect controller irrigation schedules). Using the date range navigation arrows, you can navigate two weeks into the future and 50 weeks into the past.
The Controller Schedule is populated with elements on the calendar that are interactive, meaning you can click on an element to access more details and information. The different elements are:
-
Programs
- The Program element will show you any Programs that are configured for the controller. If there are multiple Programs configured to run on the same day, the Program element will consolidate the element and expose a number that identifies the number of Programs scheduled for that day.

-
Events
- Different controller events, such as manual operations, master valve override, rain pause, or event pause, are displayed on the calendar which allows you to see any past of manual operations, master valve override tasks, rain pause, or event pauses. In the case of master valve override, rain pause. or event pause, you can also look into the future for any upcoming events. If you click on an event, a new menu will appear with more information:

- You can now see the start and end time for each event, the total duration, the affected stations. and where the event command originated. Manage Stations
The Manage Stations area of the new Manage Controller page provides the same management tools as the original page. The core features and functionalities of the manage stations area are the same as the original with an updated look and feel, however, there are two new features now available. Using the new Manage Controller page, you can now edit Program configurations and Station configurations directly from the Mange Controller page.
- Edit Station Configuration

- The original Manage Controller page could display the same information, however, it was “read only” and would not allow you to edit the details. The new Manage Controller page will allow you to edit and save the configuration for each station directly. Additionally, there is a month-based calendar that will show you what the station did each day of the month. It can show you scheduled irrigation, manual operations, and anytime the station was paused. At it's release, that information is only reference information and is not interactive.
-
Edit Program Configuration
- Similarly, the original Manage Controller page would allow you to see Program configuration information but in a “read only” format. The new Manage Controller page will allow you to edit the Program configuration directly.

Controller Notes and Documents
The new Manage Controller page still offers the ability to create controller notes and to save controller-specific documentation. The look and feel has been updated to match the rest of the page, otherwise, the functionality is the same as the original Manage Controller page.
