    (EX) Extended Leak

    System Alert

    PDF es:

When an extended leak occurs, flow has exceeded the leak detect threshold continuously for the extended leak period during non-irrigation hours. When this type of alert occurs, the controller closes a normally open master valve and raises an extended leak alert. The next irrigation will start as scheduled, but the alert will not be cleared automatically.

    Possible Causes

    • A quick coupler or hose bib is being used

    • A valve is stuck open

    • A mainline fitting is broken

    • A flow connection that is creating a false signal

    Possible Fixes

    • Repair any valves, quick couplers, or hose bibs.

    • Adjust the Extended Leak Delay setting on WeatherTRAK.net.
