- Successfully track your water usage against your savings goals on an ongoing basis, validate by your bills
- If, at any, time HydroPoint is not provided with water usage data, it will NOT be possible to establish an accurate assessment of savings or prevented waste.
Required Data Sources
BEST: Provide HydroPoint with log-in credentials to your bill management system, such as Conservice, Engie, Energy Star, Resource Advisor, etc.
- If you have a utility billing servicer, providing this access allows us to get the data we need without repeatedly contacting you for ongoing reports and updates.
- We do this for most of our customers and do not share your data with any other organization.

MINIMUM: If you cannot provide us direct access to a 3rd party bill management platform that can generate a report with the below fields, please provide an Excel or CSV file of your historical and ongoing water consumption data that includes links to water bill images.

Required Data Range:
- Establish Baseline - All available data must include at least 12 months of bills prior to first installation date. Fewer than 12 months could halt the analysis until sufficient data is received. 24 months of data is better, and 36 months is best.

Ongoing Data – Every month we need the most recent data available, going back 6 months before the previous data received, so that any gaps in data can be filled on an ongoing basis.

- Site Name/ID
- Water Agency
- Meter Number
- Meter Type (such as “Irrigation” or “Commercial”)
- Account Number
- Previous Reading Date
- Current Reading Date
- Unit of Measure (i.e. CCF, kgal, Gallons)
- Consumption Volume, in the listed Unit of Measure
- Consumption Cost
- Fixed Costs (base service, surcharges, fees, etc. NOT related to Consumption)
