    Water Data Requirements

    PDF es:

    Goals

    • To obtain thorough and sufficient data in order to complete an accurate Savings Estimate.
    • Understand your portfolio of sites that would benefit from HydroPoint technology.

    Preferred Sources

BEST: Provide HydroPoint with log-in credentials to your bill management system, such as Conservice, Engie, Energy Star, Resource Advisor, etc.

    • If you have a utility billing servicer, providing this access allows us to get the data we need without repeatedly contacting you for ongoing reports and updates.
      • We do this for most of our customers and do not share your data with any other organization.

    • Email any provided login credentials to: waterdata@hydropoint.com
      • Note that only credentials can be sent to this address - bill data attachments cannot be processed through this email.

GOOD: Export your consumption history data from your bill management system or water agency (in Excel or CSV format) with links to your bill images.

MINIMUM: Send us scans/copies of your water bills for the site.

    • You don't need to include bills for dedicated fire meters or individual tenant meters.

    Requirements

    • Required Data Range: All available data must include at least 12 months of bills. Fewer than 12 months could halt the analysis until sufficient data is received. 24 months of data is better, and 36 months is best.
