If you have never worked on a WeatherTRAK product, you will need to create an account.
While you can program a controller using it's front panel, we recommend using WeatherTRAK Central or WeatheTRAK mobile instead to access the full functionality of your WeatherTRAK product. In order to use these platforms you must have an account with access to your site. You can read the article collapsed below for more information on creating an account.

Welcome to the HydroPoint family of smart water management solutions
To create an account, you will need to call HydroPoint support at +1 (800)-362-8774.
If you are accessing an existing site, make sure to contact the manager of the site for permission before calling support. Our support team will create a username and temporary password for you to use, and then give you access to the site. The support team is available Monday to Friday from 5:00am - 5:00pm PT. and on Saturday from 9:00am - 2:00pm PT.
Once your account is created, you will need to download WeatherTRAK Mobile
You can download the mobile app through the Google Play or the Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can use WeatherTRAK Central from a computer. You can also find out more information about these platforms on the “WeatherTRAK Central” section of the KnowledgeBase.
After creating an account you WILL receive a welcome email from support@hydropoint.com that contains your username and temporary password.
Next, click Customer Login in top utility navigation bar of the HydroPoint website and select the login for your service. Enter your user name and password.
You will be asked to create a new password the first time you log in. If your password is misplaced, you can create a new one by clicking "forgot user name or password" on the login page.
If you're a WeatherTRAK user, you can also download our mobile application from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
From here, you will need to ensure that you have access to your site. If you do not, contact Hydropoint support.

The WeatherTRAK system can be complicated, but our in-depth training programs help give you the information that you need for complete mastery. We strongly recommend that you take at least the WeatherTRAK Basic Training course. Because we have multiple courses, you only need to take the courses that relate to your scope of work, which are all completely free.
