When a Point of Connection Not Found alert occurs, it means that a program has been assigned to a mainline which does not have a configured Point of Connection (POC). When this type of alert occurs, the controller cannot get flow information or control a master valve for the program.
The controller will still run stations normally.
Possible Causes:
- The master valve is set to normally open or normally closed, but the master valve is not found.
- A flow sensor is selected, but the flow sensor is not found.
- The pump start is assigned to a station, but that station is not found.
Possible Solutions:
- Configure and assign the appropriate POC to the mainline.
- Change the program to a mainline with a configured POC.

Clearing a Point of Connection Not Found (POC) Alert:
This alert must be cleared by fixing the configuration issue.
