When a user rain pause alert occurs, it means that irrigation has been paused by a user  because of rain. The controller stops calculating depletion on paused stations, and all scheduled irrigation will stop until the user rain pause duration has expired. If it has recently rained and a user set the pause, this is expected controller behavior. If a station's usable rainfall has been set to None, some stations may still irrigate. 

You do not need to do anything to clear this alert. When the rain pause duration ends, the alert will clear automatically.  If, however, you want to disable the user rain pause, you will need to set the days back to 0.
