It is important to use the latest version of WeatherTRAK Mobile. New feature additions and bug fixes are provided on a regular basis.
If you are experiencing any performance issues, or simply want to make sure you have the latest feature set, first make note of the version number of the app installed on your device.
Select the Support icon "?" at the top of the screen.
Locate the version number at the top area which also contains the Account Name.
Visit your device's app store and make sure you are using the latest version:
