Resetting your password from the BaseManager login page

1. Reset your password by selecting by selecting Forgot Username/Password? link

2. You will then have two options to choose from, forgot Username or Password

3. When you enter in your Username for Forgot Password, you will receive the following email

Another way to reset the password, is by logging into BaseManager and following the steps below

1. Select Admin and then Manage User

2. Search for the user, once you select the user you will then select Edit
   1. From there you will have the option to Send a password reset email
