Cellular service providers are in the process of shutting down 3G networks nationwide while they also work to install LTE networks to support newer technologies. There may be areas where the service provider still has 3G network support but not LTE network support. Please keep your controller panel containing your 3G modem available until you can confirm your new LTE modem can connect to the service provider network.
