Control Point & Dynamic Flow Allocation Groups

    PDF

There are two different, but very similar, features for turning on the smallest available control points.

Control Point Groups can only be used with a FlowStation. Only use control point groups for configurations with a shared water source. An example use case for a control point group configuration is if the customer doesn’t want their control points to all turn on at the same time and instead want the control points to run off the lowest available GPM.

Dynamic Flow Allocation (DFA) can be used with or without a FlowStation. A DFA configuration is pictured below. Each control point has its own water source (WS1>POC1>ML1 / WS2>POC2>ML1) but they are sharing the same mainline. The difference is each control point has a different path to its own water source.
